Forms, forms . . . everyone needs them
There are a couple of forms that every employee needs to fill out. Normally these will be sent by mail or filled out with a Varsity staff member.

Including the Varsity work application, there are a few forms that every crew member will complete:

1. Varsity work application/employment agreement.
   
   
2. Federal I-9 form showing legal status to be employed in the U.S. (Two need to be filled out by our Lincoln and Seward Crews)
   
   
3. Federal W-4 form for income tax purposes. (Two need to be filled out by our Lincoln and Seward Crews)
   
   
4. Pioneer Hi-Bred disclosure form and application since Grand Island, Lincoln and Seward will be working on Pioneer fields).
   
   
5. Monsanto forms are also filled out by the Lincoln and Seward crews.
